Base the plan on time, meter, or usage according to asset nature. Applying one general calendar to all equipment may add work without reducing risk.

Turn due activity into a work order with tasks, materials, skill, and expected time. At execution, record actual work, reading, observation, and follow-up.

Monitor schedule compliance, MTBF, MTTR, downtime, cost, and repeat failure. Use the results to adjust frequency, replace the asset, or change a critical component.
